UPDATED - Scheduling, Cancellation & Salon Policy

• Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least a 12 HOUR NOTICE.

• A $10 deposit is required and will be applied to services. 

• Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 3 hours will result in a loss of your deposit.

• If you are more than 7 MINUTES LATE for your service on Fridays & Saturdays and 15 MINUTES LATE for your service on weekdays, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation deposit loss will apply. 

• If you move your own online booking the day of your booking you are subject to cancellation and deposit loss. 

• For eyebrows waxing services, scheduling is not required.

• Cancellation or rescheduling can be made via e-mail at ms.huele@yahoo.com or phone at (804) 667-6416.

• If your requested / booked tec is not available and another tec is available your deposit fee will not be refunded, even if you abandon your appointment.
• If you made a booking deposit, and no tec is available, your booking will be refunded. 
• Appointments may not start on time and or not be able to be accomplished in the booking time frame. 

• A requested tec is not guaranteed .

• Services rendered here are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Booked appointments may be adjusted or rescheduled.  
• We cannot guarantee approximate times.
• If you require a repair for services done by us, you must notify us ASAP and return to the salon for evaluation. 
• Any repairs or adjustments are done at  salons discretion.  
• Gift certificates cannot be used with any discounted sales.
• Children Under 6 Are No Longer Permitted Inside For Safety & Quality Of Service Concerns.    
• Vaccinated, Mask Optional. Unvaccinated, Mask Required. 
• A requested tec is not guaranteed.

* RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

* The risks of COVID-19 are not well understood and there is controversy among the experts on how the virus can spread and difficulty in scientifically determining whether anyone has the virus at any moment in time.

* In consideration for receiving nail care and/or waxing services, you agree to accept all responsibility for the risk that you may contract COVID-19. While we are taking the safety of our guests and that of our staff very serious, by employing new safety and sanitation initiatives, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting COVID-19.

* You agree that if you take any steps to make a claim for damages against My Day Nails & Spa, its agents, employees or any other released parties arising out of your receipt of nail and waxing services at My Day Nails & Spa, you shall be obligated to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of such claim.

* Our guests acknowledge that they can go elsewhere to receive nail and waxing services, and acknowledge that My Day Nails & Spa is not the only nail salon where they can receive these services.​

By receiving services from My Day Nails & Spa, you acknowledge that you are free to go to other salons who may not require your agreement to accept responsibility for contracting COVID-19 and you chose to receive nail care and/or waxing services at My Day Nails & Spa.

                                                     WAXING DISCLAIMER

The waxing service(s) provided by this salon could have unfavorable results including, but not limited to: allergic reaction, irritation, burning, redness, soreness, etc... Certain medications and over the counter products can significantly increase the risk of injury when combined with skin care services. My Day Nails & Spa does not recommend skin care services for customers using Retin-A, Acutane and products containing alpha hydroxy, or any other skin thinning treatments. Our guests understand that using any such medications may cause or contribute to such injury/reaction, and should advise their esthetician should they use any such medications. There are often inherent risks associated with skin care services, and as a condition of providing these services on an on going basis, My Day Nails & Spa shall not be held liable.
